1. Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items
All products sold on Verse & Vessel are made to order. This means:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
Items cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
We encourage customers to carefully review:

- Size charts
- Colours & design previews
before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

What to Do:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Once verified with Printful, we will arrange:

3. Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier:
- We will work with our partners to investigate
- A replacement will be issued at no extra cost where applicable
- Lost cases must be reported within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
4. Size & Fit Issues
As sizing varies between product styles:
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided for wrong size chosen by the customer.
- A size chart is provided on every product page to guide your selection.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or misprinted:
- Custom or personalised items
- Apparel worn or washed after delivery
- Clearance or promotional items
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:
- Back to your original payment method
- Within 7β14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for fulfillment errors or damaged items.
7. Return Shipping
For approved cases:
- Replacement orders will be shipped at no cost to you.
- Customers are not required to return defective items, unless otherwise requested.
8. Order Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
